Soleil is a painter, printmaker, and muralist. A 'permaculturist' with Appalachian roots, she draws inspiration from observing and participating in nature's patterns, applying twelve design principles to her practice. As a 'fine-folk' artist, Soleil believes that the practical is beautiful--that craft should be valued and experienced in everyday life, not just observed from a distance.
